- Conducted a literature review of current research
- Interviewed Subject-Matter Experts to contextualize the challenges and explore possible gaps in knowledge
- Synthesized diagrams from research findings which informed a systems map
- Produced an exhibit to encourage participation and foster emotional engagement with the topic
